I have been with Farmers for over 10 years. I bought a new truck in 2023 and asked them to put full coverage on it. This year I found out that i had only personnel bodily and property damage overage. 1000 a year.. no vehicle, no comprehensive or collision or replacement. I emailed Tony about this. He called me and He said he would get back to me later about this issue. He had to look over the phone conversation. Also he said he would that day get back to me with a quote. Tony is great and very knowledgeable.
Just an incredible level of customer service!
Spoke with Tony. Never have I received such poor customer service. He kept sighing every time I asked a simple question. He then proceeded to transfer my call to to his employee who was actually very nice and helpful. I am just surprised that his employees would run the business better than he can since he is the agent. I hope he learns from his employees and takes notes on what real customer service is.
