I was involved in an accident with one of Farmers insured. I called the only number on the card to file a claim and Jake answered the phone. I explained what I was calling for and he was extremely rude and short with me saying I needed to file a claim with the claims department. I explained this was the number on the card and asked why is was being so rude and short with me to me?
