I was involved in an accident with one of Farmers insured. I called the only number on the card to file a claim and Jake answered the phone. I explained what I was calling for and he was extremely rude and short with me saying I needed to file a claim with the claims department. I explained this was the number on the card and asked why is was being so rude and short with me to me? The Farmers Insurance group with the Capdeville Family has been great. I have worked with the entire family i believe with my insurance. The ladies in the office Justine and Jamie make things easy as well. I don't understand Insurance and they explained everything before decisions were made and the deciwere the ones that were right for me, not the most expensive. They work with you to get YOUR best fit.Â
Terrible service, terrible person. Asked for a quote and was pressured the entire time and then given attitude. Take your business elsewhere, to any other farmers agent PLEASE save yourself the stress and trouble.Â
