Being a local small business owner I have dealt with many insurance agencies over the years, Thomas Colon by far had been the most knowledgeable and helpful agent that I’ve worked with.
Excellent agent. Very knowledgeable and very professional
Wrong hours. 9-5 are the real hours. Just waisted my time, gas, and I'm going to be late to work for nothing. All this after autopay was magically stoped when I changed my address, so now I have a late fee. And tomorrow is thanksgiving and naturally everything will be screwed up for a week. If I could give a negative 5 stars, I would.
