I was disappointed when I called about a landlord policy I had. I needed some help understanding the escrow process because I had never changed insurance carriers on a home with a mortgage. I was told to contact Rhonda and she would be helpful. She was condescending and a bit rude. When I told her that I felt she had treated me rudely, she did not apologize. It’s taken over a week for me to hear from their adjusters. Still currently waiting. Was rear ended by one of their clients and they don’t seem to care about getting my vehicle back up together. Called the local office and they told me to go through my own insurance. Very disappointed in farmers process and customer service.Â
