I had the worst experience here when trying to find a good plan. Laura tried to belittle me and made comments that insinuated I wouldn’t be able to afford plans.. I felt very ostracized and almost like she was being racist. Almost not believing I could qualify? Maybe some more training could get you more customers since you lost one today..
