Have been with farmers insurance for 14 years purely because of Steve and his excellent customer service. He goes above and beyond and truly cares about me and my family. Overall stand up guy! Please never retire Steve!!!Â

Steven Gleason was the most unprofessional agent I have ever delt with, he was unbelievably rude, kept calling me bro and hung up on me without answering any of my questions. Just from dealing with this one agent I will cancel my insurance with farmers, I never want anything else to do with them. If you dont want to be treated like scum find a different insurance agent because this guy is a real peice of work.Â
We have known Steve Gleason for over 30+ years. He is a great guy plus a trusted insurance agent. We utilize his expertise for our commercial buildings, home, car and more insurance policies. He is always available, willing to meet at our location and convenience, and is very professional yet authentic. He has saved us a ton of expense (we compared other insurance companies including our trusted USAA) and we can't recommend Steve Gleason insurance enough.Â
