Not happy I was over charged 250. Now an after telling them the situation. I have been w this co for 18 years to sad. Really. I had many issues over the years. I have used Statr Farm. Even asked 10 times if I could keep a card on file in the past. I don't think that's braking the Rules. Not sure here bottom line I had to pay prob 350 more .this is the first time I ever had any issues. Lessoned learned. . Costumer service isn't there. Sorry
