When inquiring about insurance Mr. Ross, having never met me and not knowing my financial situation, told me off the bat that I couldn't afford his insurance. I own a 26 acre farm. When I attempted to contact Mr. Ross office, no one answered the phone, when to voicemail, which was full and I could not leave a message.. Then to be told I couldn't afford the insurance, don't think I want him for an agent.
