Rare that I would leave a low review like this, and after my call today I'm not even sure if this agency is closing or moving on from selling Farmers. Whatever... but communication was awful. Inconsistent. Incorrect information given. If you had a complaint, it didn't matter who you talked to there they would give you some sort of personal sob story about how hard things are for them. My latest and last interaction resulted in multiple emails with the incorrect premium amounts being provided, along with a promise to followup... read more
