I have been with Farmers Insurance for the past six years. I have two homes and multiple cars and drivers insured with Farmers. You never know how good your insurance company is until you need them. In 2011 my daughter had a car accident and the car was totaled. I have been insured by Stafford Robertson for 25 years...I would NOT switch regardless of "how much I'd save" with ...been there , done that! I have had several "experiences" with other agencies and companies that "threw me to the wolves", or "under the bus"!!! I have lived in Ventura for nearly 30 years and Stafford and his efficient office staff have ALWAYS given me great advice, prompt and friendly service, always treating me like they really care!
