If I could give zero stars, I would. Farmers stole almost 1000 dollars from my bank account weeks AFTER they said they canceled the policy. When called, the agent's secretary denied everything and the agent refused to speak with us. Had to call their 800 number to get this fixed. Will be reporting to the BBB while seeking legal counsel.
Worst insurance company EVER!!! my agent doesn’t even understand my policy they love taking random amount of money out of my account whenever they feel like it
