Over charged for years. When I called them about it never got returned call. So no thanks Spencer Hanson. Cancelled my policies.
Been trying to contact our agent about a commercial account for over 2 weeks now and have been completely ignored. This has forced us to look for a new policy. (June 1 to June 15, 2020) Update July 2020: I was contacted the day after leaving this review and my policy has been updated accordingly per the owner. Update Aug 25, 2020: I had to contact underwriters directly to have our policy reinstated. It was cancelled due to Spencer not returning a form that I signed and returned to him in June of this year.
