Horrible experience. I received a homeowner's policy through this office (Soutsakhone Soukphaly). About 3 weeks later, I received an email from them stating that they were sending a home inspector out to inspect the exterior of my house. Ok, no problem. My house is in excellent condition. About two week later, I received an email stating that they were canceling my policy because I had some "moss" on my roof. Wow, what a bunch of BS.
