Got me insurance when no one else could
Farmers Insurance agent Shawn Looney issued a homeowners policy in my name without my authorization. When I emailed him demanding he remove my name from the policy, he wrote back, "You guys clearly have some family things going on that have nothing to do with me. The policy will be cancelled." Setting aside the unprofessionalism of his reply, he clearly conceded what he did: issued an unauthorized policy.
