Scott was super polite, helpful, and knowledgable! He talked me through some health insurance choices and helped me figure out what was best for me. Highly reccomend this agent!
We’ve had Scott for over 20 years now. As long as you don’t need anything from him it’s great. He does not return phone calls or emails after multiple attempts. He is knowledgeable and great help when he wants to talk to you. We are currently getting other quotes.
Nice guy and helped me set up my medicare - after that I tried to contact him about question that I had about the policy and was thinking about switching my home and auto policy - I tried at least 6 times over the year to reach him - left messages and no return call - when I went to his office - closed - so what good is an agent if you can't reach them and they never return calls?
After 5 years of struggling with Medicare, Scott solved my problems in about 15 minutes. Won't say there weren't 'bumps' in the road, but they were the insurance company or Medicare. Scott did his job!
I insured a vehicle through Scott between the Winter of 2021 and Summer of 2022. I sold my vehicle in July of 2022, IMMEDIATELY notified him, and he stated that my policy would be canceled immediately. In October of 2022, I realized that billing had continued. I reached out to Scott a second time, whereupon he requested (another) copy of my bill of sale. I sent it same day - he responded that the policy would be canceled. Billing continued.
