Jake, is NOT at all like his father Scott in that he's very nonchalant and impersonal to speak with. I have been with this agency almost 25 years and Scott was very personable and compassionate and that's the ONLY reason I'm still with the agency today. I have spoken to Jake twice in the last 2 or more years and I felt ZERO compassion or anything from him.
Recently switched, and When I say Mr Babineaux and his staff really cares, they took the time to explain all the details.Glad I made the switch.
