I have three time to ask a question
From Jan to May my bill increased over $100! When I called to see why they claimed my license wasn’t updated on their system. When I told him my License had been updated over year ago he said there was nothing they could do. I would have appreciated a courtesy call to inform me of the increase or or back pay for all the overcharges. Couldn’t assist or offer any solutions. Not a reliable/ helpful agent. Wouldn’t recommend.
