I was a customer here for years and recently moved all of my policies. My decision was based on how communication was handled. My emails stopped getting responses, and I eventually discovered that someone who is not on my policy was reading and interfering with my messages to my agent. I was even blocked from contacting him through his phone. I sent screenshots directly to the agent and never received a reply or explanation. I wanted to say thank you to Angela DeLosAngeles with Ryan Turner’s office. I was dealing with no response from either carrier after an accident and needed to adjust my policy to add a new vehicle and try and find out what was going on with the policy. Angela was very prompt in response and took care of all my needs and made my stress level so much lower. I just want to give thanks where it is deserved.
