Horrible, unprofessional and unresponsive. They are responsible for our insurance lapsing and doing absolutely nothing to remedy the issue despite their assurances, and despite multiple phone calls and emails about the issue. Have dealt with multiple other insurance brokers and none have been this unprofessional. I will be reporting to the BBB and pursuing legal action. Stay far away from this agency.
