This company has caused so much personal chaos in my family's life. The way we found out that our auto policy had been cancelled without ANY written or verbal notice is after I was hit by another vehicle. When I filed a claim, I found out that we were uninsured due to non-payment, even though we received our insurance cards that stated we were insured for a full 6 months beyond this date.
