WE had some roof damage recently and I had to call Farmers to make a claim. The adjuster came to the house within a couple days and processed the claim quickly and to our satisfaction. We are very happy with Farmers and our agent Bob O'Brien in the Dunwoody office.

Bob is a true professional who gives each of his clients the time and personal attention needed to make informed decisions while also educating them on the various options available. While similar businesses may rely on quantity over quality Bob is a welcome 'throwback' to a time when personal attention and knowledge was what was most important.

Bob is a seasoned insurance professional. He has been our Farmers agent since he opened and checks on us when we have a claim. I highly recommend his agency. He and Liz do a great job! Friendly and thorough!
