After the following review, Richard So’s firm called me and helped me with purchasing additional policies. They were knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. —- I have been using Richard So's Farmers Insurance services since 2000. I have a total of 9 policies (home, auto, umbrella, CEA etc.). In the last few months since March 2025, Richard's team is super unresponsive -even after you do multiple email follows ups or phone follow ups there is no one getting back.
