I couldn't have been more upset with his absolute no service when his office was open. No wonder it has closed.
Richard Heebner’s office is closed. He should have posted another number to call, or another address to locate another Farmers agent in the area.
Mr. Heebner is very cordial and gave us quotes on some insurance. We are still thinking about using Farmers Insurance, but probably make a few changes, like deductibles. We were impressed with Mr. Heebner.
