Very unhappy with this office! Has been charged for 3 months instead of 1 after canceling the policy. Provided cancellation notice AGAIN (since they couldn’t find the original one) just so they can fix their mistake. I was promised that I will get a call back as soon as they fix the bill. Less then a month after I get a letter from collection agency! I have done and provided everything I have been asked for twice but they wouldn’t care enough to get their part right!
