Whenever I call the Farmer's office, I am greeted by Amanda and she or a fellow agent always answer my questions. Recently I have had to deal with rental properties that my mother-in-law owned, which are now being sold. They reminded me of the property management company's involvement with those properties to explain where the cancellation refund most likely went. What a huge help they were!
Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. Randy and Amanda always are quick to respond and be of assistance. I highly recommend!!!
My husband and I have been with Randy/ Farmers insurance for over 22 years. We have our business , bond, auto and home policies. If we have any issues come up a simple phone call is all it takes to fix it. Randy, Daisy and Amanda are always happy to help. Even having moved to a new city I have never had issues. I highly recommend them if you want quality insurance and friendly people to work with.
It was a process, long and frustrating at times but Amanda was very helpful, patient and polite and she got the job done.
