The office is not the same after PJ Hiebert left. The agent that I was assigned after PJ left promised to look into my policy to see where I could save some money and that he'd get back to me next week. He never did. I called again weeks later and talked to him about where I can save some money on my premiums. He said the same thing - he'd look into it and call me next week. He never did. I am so happy I switched to Farmers!! PJ provides great service, great rates, and has made sure I have proper coverage for my home, auto, and life policies. 5 stars!!
They are based out of Boulder and have a great response in getting back to their clients!
