Added: Policy was canceled office assistand did not turn in paperwork was not cancelled due to non payment. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review. But let me tell you about my experience with this agency. This agency has used ACH information that I have requested to be removed from this account 2 times. The first time was 10/28/2024 when it happened the first time I went into the office and said please remove this and put the money back into my account. They said they could not do it. It was cancelled by my husband not because of non payment. And do not get me started about why we switched to state farm. He called and asked that the payment be made with his card on file. He can not use my account since he is not an authorized user.Â
