I was a customer of this agency for many years. No tickets and no claims but rates just keep going up. I canceled with them before the beginning of a new month. They made me email them then a request to cancel my policy, I did that then called a few days later to make sure it was canceled. Owner said yes it was canceled. On the 12th day of the month they are still taking money out of my account. This is stealing, theft, and just bad business.
