This review is for Carmelita, with whom I have worked for a long time. She is extremely efficient, understanding, quick to make helpful suggestions, quick to respond to any request of mine especially as I dont use the computer much, and always pleasant, friendly and sweet natured. I love her and will miss her now the girls have moved on to take care of their own affairs. I would recommend Farmers to anyone because of her and also James, who is great too.. just havent worked with him that much.

Definitely a place I would recommend. I plan to stay long term because I know that with a quick phone call I can get the help I need. My insurance needs changed dramatically and they worked hard to get me the best.

Carmelita was very helpful with questions concerning employee bonds and universal coverage. Her agency did not offer bonds but she took time out to research what I needed and might have been able to get outside of their office. When she could not answer any of my questions right off, she called me almost daily to let me know where she is in the process of gathering infomation. I will definitely call her with my next insurance need.

I have enjoyed my experience with Farmers so far. I have a decent rate and I don't have any problems at this time. I would rate 5 stars for service!

I contacted Bryan on facebook about a concern I had with an existing policy through a different company. He responded to my message within the hour. He answered all my questions and helped me find the best coverage. His staff is friendly and the customer service is fantastic.

Jodie is great. We went over my coverage and needs, things I felt were over or over insured we adjusted and I was able to save $300/ yr. and still feel comfortable with my level of coverage and deductibles.
