Our home insurance is through here and it has been nothing but troubles. The insurance adjuster under Pam has no heart and no empathy. While denying a claim, he is unable to deliver the bad news with any form of decency. It’s almost like he enjoys the suffering of others. Our tragic home emergency that is going to cost us a lot will not be covered and I am not impressed with farmers in the slightest. We will be looking for a new agency once this is over.
Not really what I would call a community friendly insurer claims are hard to process and they will deny almost any claim they have denied four from us so far... I would recommend anything more personal.
Pam and her staff are awesome to deal with. The provide excellent customer service. Give you plenty of options to suit your needs. Highly recommend.
I have been with the Pam Nommensen agency for approximately 5 years now. I find the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful and absolutely able to answer any questions I have had as well as provide me options for coverage based on my financial limitations. Unfortunately I've had to file a couple of claims and I found this process to be painless.
