The response from Farmers and especially Niki and Riki Ghofranian, has been absolutely fantastic. They don’t use an AI agent to answer their phones and unless they are on a call with another customer you will speak directly to one of them. They represent a company that DOES want to serve you, unlike other companies that are very selective in who they will serve. If you are looking for an insurance agent, you can stop searching: Niki G is the one you want. Our family has had ALL of our policies with Niki's agency for years now (autos, home, RV, flood, umbrella). She responds immediately to all of our questions and has helped us with numerous changes over the years. In our younger years, when money was tight, she helped us find ways to trim costs.
