It's s scam to send folks to a body shop and not a mechanic delaying how long it takes someone to get their car back. The body shop did not listen to us that the a/c was broken and we have been without a car for damned near 3 months Insurance doesn't actually wanna pay a mechanic to keep more of our money and the body shop wanted to scam the insurance and do as little as possible to collect that money. Double scam resulting in the consumer being the loser. Insurance is the BIGGEST scam in the USA.
I just spoke with Nicky @ weeks end after many other interactions with office staff! Love my choice as agents of my assurance... follow through is key to me. I love my sleeves that keep my docs accessible and ready in the event of emergency or otherwise. Thanks you ladies for everything, this is why I switched🩹
