Took several calls and emails to get things straight. The Signal app used to assess our driving demands 100% use so when we are listening to music in our LR the app is monitoring “driving”. Therefore we get a bad score as we need to use our phones when in our home for multiple other uses. This is a ridiculous requirement.
I was nervous switching 4 auto and 1 RV policy and thought it was going to be a giant pain... It was not. Nicky made the whole process simple, and she had a quote out to me quickly. The best part was she was able to beat some other quotes I had received. Highly recommend contacting Nicky for your insurance needs.
