SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Aftermy father recently passed away, Gabby Rodriguez, Personal Lines Project Manager, was extremely efficent and provided crucial documentation changes to my father's Home Insurance to the proper agency to expedite the process to gain funds for his funeral. After providing her with what she needed, she completed the process before 5:00 pm which gave my family time to send a 54 page fax before 6:00 pm through Hueneme Print and Copy, which I highly recommend. Reached out to the Wieser office as a Farmers member looking to transfer to an agent closer to my home. The Weiser office took weeks to return my calls and rarely answered the office phone when I called. Ultimately, Mr. Weiser turned me away stating that he isn’t going to be the “right fit” for my auto policy when I was told I should be able to transfer to another agent with no issues. Unbelievable
Very knowledgeable team-- they go above and beyond to make sure you are adequately covered and explain everything in detail to make sure you understand insurance. Great Service!
