All staff professional and friendly. Addressed all my concerns patiently with attention to detail.Â
Poor service, communication and completely deceptive. Both agent and secretary have provided misleading and erroneous information. Went up the hierarchy of command and Farmers as a whole is a complete web of lies. Provided proof of fabricated emails and rather than actually make the wrong right every person makes excuses! Highly recommend another company all together. The most unethical and unprofessional company I have dealt with.Â
