I called to see if I could save money by insuring my home and cars through Farmers. I was assisted by a lovely lady named Savannah. She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Although they couldn't lower my rates ( due to where I live) I would still recommend them. Excellent customer service like theirs is always appreciated.
Thank you to Nancy and team for being the best insurance agents I’ve ever had, not only were Nancy and her team able to find cheaper insurance for me, but they were swift in amending any issues that Farmers had with my policy. I didn’t realize how important it was to find a great insurance agent, since the beginning of my policy, Nancy and her team have shown that they are truly the best of the best.
