Horrible communication, horrible customer service, sneaky and untruthful. Absolutely don’t go through Farmers, pay the higher price and get better service.
We’ve had a great relationship with Mike Walsh Farmers Insurance over the years. Claims have been handled beautifully and our rates have only slightly increased. It’s a great company to work with. We haven’t had any interaction with Zach Walsh yet, but if he’s like his dad, and I’m pretty sure he is, everything should remain the same.
You are surveying a past customer. I quit you because you added charges after my bill was paid in person and on time. I would not recommend your services to anyone.
