Always responsive to our needs
Zach’s & his office personnel are excellent! However, Farmers’ adjustors are not very knowledgeable when a vehicle is hit and how far the damage can go. We had to pay 2 deductibles on a rear ending. One for the bumper & one for the back side panel. Adjustor didn’t think a smash from the back would push the back side panel. Which was obvious cause no marks on panel from outside & the inside brackets were broken.
