Agency has a difficult time in managing their customer base. Policies are not updated and the customer needs to make sure key items are done. In fairness, prior to COVID, not an issue. Since COVID an ongoing decline in service...former customer of over a decade...update: my new agent reviewed our umbrella policy with this agency: Filled with errors which exposed my household.
Horrible communication, horrible customer service, sneaky and untruthful. Absolutely don’t go through Farmers, pay the higher price and get better service.
We’ve had a great relationship with Mike Walsh Farmers Insurance over the years. Claims have been handled beautifully and our rates have only slightly increased. It’s a great company to work with. We haven’t had any interaction with Zach Walsh yet, but if he’s like his dad, and I’m pretty sure he is, everything should remain the same.
