We are new to Idaho. Michael was very helpful with all our insurance needs. Very patient in answering all our questions. His knowledge of all our insurance needs; personal and business was greatly appreciated. He even answered our questions with things like registration of our autos and the many things that made settling into our new home much easier. We have been with Farmers for about 20 years and have had exceptional customer service. Last year our policy was transferred to a new agent, Michael Waite. This week has been the first time I have needed assistance from an agent. I have left messages at his office for 3 days now with no return call. I contacted another agent office and will be transferring my policy. I highly recommend Farmers overall, but this particular agent I do not.
