We have been with Farmers for about 20 years and have had exceptional customer service. Last year our policy was transferred to a new agent, Michael Waite. This week has been the first time I have needed assistance from an agent. I have left messages at his office for 3 days now with no return call. I contacted another agent office and will be transferring my policy. I highly recommend Farmers overall, but this particular agent I do not.
