I had a poor experience with this agent. I attempted to cancel my mom’s Farmers car insurance after her death, but the corporate “policy” made it impossible. I had to file a complaint with Tennessee DOI as executor and finally someone would help. Because of this delay caused by the corporate “policy” the agent refused to refund all the payments automatically drafted after the death of my mom.
