I have been using them for more than a year for my Life insurance, auto and renters insurance. They have taken care of all our questions promptly. If want someone you can trust to take care of your concerns this is the place.
This agents office has to be the most unprofessional, disorganized disaster! We complained repeatedly that we werent getting bills, but not matter which excuse they gave (and there were plenty), the issue was never resolved. Payments on our account were posted to a different one, causing our policy to cancel. We actually had to ASK for them to correct the fee we incurred for their error.
