We have been with Michael Brock for at least 10 years. We now have all of our policies with him including home, auto, life and commercial policies. He was great to work with when we had only our home and auto policies with him and still great to work several policies now. Farmers also has good rates with a good claims process. They were great in defending us too when our son was faulted in an auto accident and the guy got one of those attorneys demanding a ridiculous amount for "emotional anguish" from a damaged car. Chris Fisher is hands down the most patient insurance agent I’ve ever worked with. He really took the time to listen, explained my options clearly, and made sure I had everything I needed on my policy. On top of that, he found me excellent coverage at a very affordable price.
