Dissappointed in them. Always RAISE prices for the insurance even though nothing really changes. After I tell them to quit, they want to “compare the quote”. Are you kidding me? If you could have saved me money from the beginning why didn’t you do so?
Always raised price up every year...despite me getting a “packaged discount”. My new insurance is $60 less per month. Wife cancelled all auto insurance, 1month later nothing processed, left with a huge bill that should’ve not been there. They denied, saying we didn’t contact them and must’ve called corporate which was untrue. I even have the exact date when my wife called.
