Not impressed. Matt took over the agency that our former agent sold, and he took my policy with it. Initial interactions were positive and he was helpful initially in reviewing coverage and making some changes, but a year later when I wanted to review my coverage and make changes, he was MIA. Sent 2 emails saying I wanted to discuss with no reply. With the lack of support I decided I'd just get my own policy directly so I sent his team a cancellation request.
