Since beginning to work with The Matt Mason Agency in early 2024, my experience has been inconsistent. I’m not sure if the office is understaffed, but Matt was the only person I ever communicated with. When he happened to answer the phone, he was always helpful and provided good service. Highly recommend farmers insurance with Matthew Mason as my agent . Always helpful , Always available and always kind . Would definitely recommend getting a quote through him. Saved us alot of money .
Matt did not follow up with me regarding my insurance quotes as promised. Despite sending him three subsequent emails, I have not received a response. It’s now been over 2 weeks. I understand businesses get busy, but this lack of communication raises concerns about the potential difficulty in initiating an insurance claim with his agency, which has led me to consider alternative options
