After years of using Matt Hamilton with Farmers, my elderly mother changed insurance companies. Matt Hamilton thru Farmers continued to take money out of her account, even after she told them to STOP. She never got the refund, we eventually had to go to the bank to put stop payment from Farmers and their 3rd party company that kept taking money out. And reverse the payment. While Matt finally reached out, we resolved some things.
After years of using Matt Hamilton, my elderly mother changed insurance companies. Matt Hamilton continued to take money out of her account, even after she told them to STOP. When she asked for a refund, they claimed they sent it to her. They did NOT. After a month she finally received a refund, she deposited it, only for it to BOUNCE! DO NOT use this company. This is elderly abuse in my eyes! We are still dealing with this issue! Horrible!
