Excellent customer service!! Mark is a very professional and highly competitive agent, I'm glad I found him.
If zero stars were an option that would be my rating. I was so incredibly put off by this agency - specifically Mark himself. If you want to experience bigotry, discrimination, inequality, and asinine assumptions of people based on his twisted perceptions, please go with this agency. If you are even half of a decent human, I encourage you to spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere. There is SO much better out there, even within Farmers.
Mark and Greg are fantastic. They LISTEN to your needs , are detail oriented and will call you back! Above par professionalism in finding the right insurance to fit your needs. I highly recommend them!
