Recently had damage claim to house from an unusual storm. We were treated with respect, and agency was prompt at inspecting damages and are now mailing a payment. They are honest and caring. Their claim representative is very knowledgeable, and communicated by phone, email, and mail. The insurance office, also called and emailed. We recommend them highly.
