Lonnie will appear very helpful and kind but as soon as you switch over he will leave you high and dry-refusing to return calls, and answer questions. Our policies increased over 50% because he forgot to do his due diligence and let us know that our quoted price was contingent on discounts and downloading additional apps etc…we weren’t aware until it was too late. He messed up the plans and I told him that I’m working from home and I don’t drive that much, why bother to charged so much of money?
