We had an urgent issue a few months ago and a dire need of assistance. Our insurance agent, Larry, should have known how to guide us. However, he never answered my calls or my wife's calls, nor did he ever return our calls. We actually got an answer through someone who didnt benefit from helping us find our answer. When you have an agent that can not find time to help you when you need them... then they are useless.

Lawrence has been my insurance agent for a while now. We have home,life,and car insurance with him. I couldn’t be happier he always answers all our questions and goes out of his way to help us. He is the most kind and caring man. He really cares about his clients. I always feel like I’m a human being and not just another number with him. I wish everyone was like this.

Lawrence is the guy you want. It's easy now to do insurance all online and never have to deal with people, and this is what I did until I needed to talk to someone who wasn't in a call center. Mr. Mendicino not only fixed my problem, but offered a better rate on a better insurance package. Why yes, I'll gladly save hundreds of dollars! Every time we call he aways gets back to us quickly and easily solves the problem or answers the question. Highly recommended, quality service.
