The broker, (in person was a good/positive experience). (The Phone and computer connection to corporate was hours of waiting and on hold, which was not the brokers fault and was a serious amount of time lost for this gentlemans other duties as well as mine. Direct dialing for affiliated brokers should be on a priority line/flagged as urgent via computer communication, so that information from corporate to broker can run smoothly for all branch offices.
Very friendly agent and staff. I switched to Farmers from State Farm. My experience has already been phenomenal. Lanam Hodges gets to know his clients and is very personable. He checked in with me after my first accident to make sure I was okay and all my questions were answered. I feel safe and secure with this company and would highly recommend Lanam and his staff to any and all customers seeking a new insurance provider, or even just a different agent.

Never had any problems. I have not had any trouble with claims being processed quickly.
