First time getting insurance on anything and it was a fantastic process!! All of my questions about the insurance were answered in a timely manner and Lexi Davis was so kind and patient! If you need anything definitely ask for her!!
Hail Damage was not covered on our policy! This was not explained to us( 3 percent deductible and my Mom is elderly) Which is not standard industry practice. Beware!
